Terms of Service

1.Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. paperhandz is not for anyone under 18.

You may not use paperhandz if you are located in, resident of, or a citizen of the United Kingdom; France, including its overseas departments, regions and collectivities (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, French Southern Territories); Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, or the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions; or any other jurisdiction we restrict. You may not use it if you, or anyone you act for, is named on a sanctions list (including those of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States).

We block restricted regions at the network edge and screen wallet addresses against sanctions lists. You agree not to get around these measures with a VPN, proxy, relay, the Tor network or any other means. If you do, you are in breach of these terms and you use the interface entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including laws on crypto-assets, securities, gambling, contests and promotions, marketing, consumer protection and tax. paperhandz makes no claim that it is lawful or appropriate to use in your jurisdiction.

2.What paperhandz is, and is not

paperhandz is software: a website that shows publicly available information about tokens on pump.fun, helps you build Solana transactions that you sign in your own wallet, and runs a weekly season game with a public leaderboard, described in the Season Rules.

paperhandz is not an exchange, a trading venue, a broker, a dealer, a custodian, a bank, a payment service, a financial adviser, a portfolio manager or a crypto-asset service provider. We do not issue, list, sell, promote, vet or endorse any token. We never take custody of your funds or tokens, never execute orders for you and never act as a counterparty.

paperhandz is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by pump.fun, Solana Labs, the Solana Foundation, X, Farcaster, Anthropic or any wallet provider. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe.

3.Real transactions on Solana mainnet

paperhandz works only with real assets on Solana mainnet. There is no demo, paper or test mode. Every transaction you sign spends or moves real SOL or real tokens.

Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Nobody, including us, can cancel, reverse, refund or recover a transaction, a mistaken amount, a wrong address or tokens sent to the wrong place.

Quotes, prices, market caps, charts, scores and estimates shown by the interface are approximations that may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The price you get is set by the pump.fun bonding curve (or the pool the coin trades in) when your transaction lands, within the slippage limit shown to you.

4.Your wallet

paperhandz is non-custodial. Your wallet software shows you each transaction and each message to sign, and you alone decide whether to sign it. We never ask for, receive or store your seed phrase or private keys. Anyone who asks you for them in our name is a scammer.

Some features ask you to sign a plain-text message (for example to submit an entry or to like one). Such a signature proves the wallet is yours; it does not move funds or approve any transaction.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your device and your keys, and for every transaction and message signed with them. Check everything in your wallet before you sign it.

5.Fees

paperhandz charges no fee of its own on trades or launches. pump.fun charges its own trading and creation fees (set by pump.fun and subject to change), including a creator fee on trades that pump.fun pays to each coin’s creator, and the Solana network charges transaction fees and account rent. These are paid from your wallet as part of the transactions you sign.

6.Launching a coin

Anyone can create a token. When you launch a coin through the interface, it is a standard pump.fun launch: you are its creator on pump.fun, pump.fun pays you its creator fees, and you alone are responsible for it: its name, ticker, image, description, links and any statement you make about it, and for complying with every law that applies to it and to you. The launch transaction carries a public memo naming paperhandz, so the coin appears on paperhandz’s board.

You must not launch coins that use another person’s or organisation’s name, likeness, logo or trademark without permission, that impersonate anyone, that are designed to deceive, that promise gains or describe the coin as a way to make money, or whose content is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or infringing.

Coins and their content are published on pump.fun, on IPFS and on the Solana blockchain. They are public and permanent. We can hide a coin from the paperhandz interface; we cannot remove it from pump.fun, IPFS or the blockchain.

7.Rankings, likes and boards

The front page’s “trending”, “new”, “market cap”, “graduating” and “graduated” lists are arithmetic on public blockchain data: trading volume, launch time, market cap and bonding-curve progress. Likes on entries record opinions of wallets. Scores, badges, checks and every leaderboard are arithmetic on public blockchain data, on likes and on moderators’ decisions. None of them is a recommendation, endorsement, rating or prediction, and they can be wrong, coordinated or manipulated, for example by wash trading.

We may limit, discount, reset or remove likes and entries, and change how rankings work, at any time and without notice, for example to fight spam or abuse. Likes, scores and ranks are not property and give you no rights, other than the prize rights set out in the Season Rules.

8.Seasons and prizes

paperhandz runs a weekly game (the fumble board). Its Season Rules are part of these terms and set out who can take part, how scores are computed, how the pot is funded and split, and how prizes are paid. In short: the pot is whatever the community vault holds when a season closes; the vault is funded only by 5% of the creator fees pump.fun pays on the team coin, a share fixed on chain; prizes are not guaranteed and can be zero.

Taking part in paperhandz’s game involves trading real coins, and you can lose everything you trade. Never trade in order to chase a prize: prizes are small, uncertain and decided by other people’s trades too.

Prizes are not a return on any asset, not a share of anyone’s revenue and not a reward for holding anything. Holding the team coin or any other coin never counts toward a score.

9.The $PAPER coin

The team behind paperhandz may launch or has launched a memecoin called $PAPER. Holding, buying or selling $PAPER gives no access, features, discounts, likes, ranking, points, prizes, governance or any other right, on paperhandz or anywhere else. Nothing on paperhandz is gated by it.

pump.fun pays a creator fee on every $PAPER trade. Through pump.fun’s fee-sharing program, 5% of those fees go to the paperhandz community vault, which funds the season prizes, and 95% go to the team.

$PAPER is not a financial product and is not offered as one. The team holds some of it and may sell all of it at any time, including shortly after launch or after posting about it. Its value can go to zero. Nothing we say about $PAPER is advice or a promise.

10.Content you submit

When you submit anything (a report, a piece of lore, a meme, a quest proof, a link to a post), you confirm that it is yours or that you have the right to share it, that it is lawful and truthful, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or privacy, and that it follows the Season Rules. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and moderate it on paperhandz and its social accounts, for as long as it is on paperhandz. You can ask us to remove it.

We review entries and can refuse, hide or remove any of them, and disqualify any wallet, at our discretion.

11.No advice

Nothing on paperhandz, including its pages, posts, likes, rankings, charts, checks, AI-generated text, estimates, announcements and social media, is financial, legal, tax or other advice, or an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any decision.

12.Things you must not do

• break any law or regulation, or use the interface for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or scams
• manipulate markets, including wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes or coordinated trading to move a price or a score
• manipulate rankings, likes, entries or leaderboards: bots, scripts, multiple wallets or identities, wash trading, buying likes, brigading, collusion
• impersonate anyone or publish content you do not have the rights to
• break the rules of third-party platforms (such as X or Farcaster) while taking part
• attack, probe, overload or disrupt the interface, its APIs or its servers, or scrape them at a rate that harms other users
• get around geographic restrictions, sanctions screening or any security or rate-limiting measure
• use the interface if you are under 18 or in a restricted jurisdiction

13.Third-party services

paperhandz relies on services we do not control, including pump.fun and its programs, Solana and its RPC providers, IPFS gateways, image, price and sanctions-screening services, wallet software, AI providers and our hosting providers. They can fail, change, be slow or be wrong, and they have their own terms. We are not responsible for them or for any loss they cause.

14.Assumption of risk

You understand and accept the risks described in the Risk Disclosure, which is part of these terms. In particular: memecoins are extremely volatile and not stable, most lose all their value, often within minutes, and you can lose everything you put in. You use paperhandz entirely at your own risk.

15.No warranties

paperhandz and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability and security. We do not warrant that paperhandz will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that any data, score or prize shown is accurate or current.

16.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, contributors, officers and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of earnings, revenue, funds, tokens, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or related to paperhandz, any token, any transaction, any vote, ranking or prize, or these terms, whatever the legal theory and even if we were told such loss was possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, which is zero, and (b) one hundred US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies, such as liability for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

17.Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, contributors, officers and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of paperhandz, the coins you launch or promote, the content you publish, your breach of these terms or your breach of any law or third-party right.

18.Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of paperhandz at any time, including disabling trading, launching, voting, entries or seasons, or hiding coins, without notice or liability. We may block access for anyone we believe is breaching these terms or the law.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. For significant changes we will ask you to tick the boxes at the entrance again. Continuing to use the interface after a change means you accept it.

19.Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your transactions, holdings and prizes.

20.Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from paperhandz are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.

21.General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, the Season Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the Disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us about the interface.
